We made two trips down and Vada coordinated showings based on our wants and needs. She quickly learned our likes and dislikes and we found the perfect home and neighborhood at the right price. Because we did a digital close, she went to the property, met with the owners to review critical things like irrigation, keyless entry, special features and took video so we could follow instructions.  Vada is an amazing realtor! I gave her a list of my “wants” and there were several of them and some were oddly specific. I figured that I’d give her the list and it would either take months to find something or I’d have to choose which “wants” were expendable. She went to work. Within a matter of days (not months, not weeks…DAYS), she had a list of her own for me to check out. She was very accommodating to my schedule and we looked at a couple of places. She answered my questions and if she didn’t have the answer, she had an answer to me by the next morning.
When we walked into the place that I now call home, I immediately knew that it was the one. It checked every box on my list. And she knew it, too. And guess what?!? She was hard at work immediately on the offer, then came the counteroffers (and lots of knowledgeable advice that saved me thousands). She went to bat for me and knocked it out of the park!
My favorite part was getting the “offer accepted” call from Vada. She was filled with so much joy that I could feel her smiling through the phone.
